1. ดาวน์โหลด Opencv ที่http://opencv.org/downloads.html เเละเลือกสำหรับ Windows
2. ติดตั้งไฟล์ไว้ที่ C:\opencv3.2
3. หลังจากนั้น ไปที่ C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\x64\vc14\bin เเละคัดลอกpath file
4. จากนั้น คลิกขวาที่ This PC > Properties > Advanced System Setting
5. คลิกที่ Environment Variables จากนั้นคลิกที่ Path ของ System Variables เเละกดที่ Edit เพื่อทำการเพิ่ม Path file
6. กดที่ New เเละวาง Path file ที่คัดลอกมาวางไว้ จากนั้นกด OK หลังจากนั้นให้ทำการ Restart เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
7. เปิดโปรเเกรม Visual Studio 2015 เเละเลือก File > New > Project
8. เลือก Visual C++ > Win32 Console Application เเละกด OK
9. เลือกที่ Source File > Add >New Item
10. จากนั้นเลือก C++ File เเละตั้งชื่อเป็น Source.cpp
11. คลิกขวาที่ ConsoleApplication1 เลือก Properties
12. เลือก C/C++ > General เเละไปที่ Additional Include Directios เเละเลือก Edit
13. เพิ่ม Path File ดังนี้
C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\include
C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\include\opencv
C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\include\opencv2
จากนั้น กด OK
14. เลือกที่ Linker > General > Additional Library Directios เเละเลือก Edit
15. เพิ่ม Path File ดังนี้ C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\x64\vc14\lib
เเละกด OK
16. เลือกที่ Linker > Input > Additional Dependencies เเละเลือกEdit เเละไปที่ C:\opencv3.2\opencv\build\x64\vc14\lib จากนั้นคัดลอกชื่อไฟล์ opencv_world320.lib กด OK
17. เลือก C\C++ ไปที่ Preprocessor >Preprocessor Definitions เลือก Edit จากนั้นเพิ่ม _CTR_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS จากนั้นกด OK
